Base Items are what makes the D2 LoD itemization so good. I really enjoy chasing bases to build runewords in, or to trade to others so I can buy the base I need. I highly recommend looking at this list and watching out for items that drop in game that are white/eth/socketed. You never know if you'll find something super valuable. The hardest part when finding a gg base is finding a buyer who can afford it.
